About Us

Paula attended Culinary schools and hands on in kitchens in Thailand, Mexico & Canada. She lived abroad and brings her experiences to the table.

Her passion for creating tasty food clearly shows in her creations. She loves wood & fire and the primal flavour it adds to food, creating regular menu items with a modern BBQ twist!

Meet the Chef

Our restaurant serves BBQ & smoked themed real foods with modern twists. We offer creative weekly specials as well as some of those BBQ favorites you expect, all made with quality ingredients.

Order ahead to take out, eat in or at our picnic tables outdoors in the summer. Cooked slowwwwww, served fast!

We have a dedicated team of kitchen staff who love to create and take pride in being part of what we do, without them we wouldn't be here and we APPRECIATE them!

We also have an extended seasonal staff of wonderful people who help us run and prepare our food for our Food Truck and catering who are an integral part of what we do!
